P E R S O N A L:

Born at Dubbo Base Hospital 27th March 1964. Lived on Talbragar Aboriginal Reserve via Dubbo for first 5 years. Grew up in several towns up and down the East Coast of Australia. Practicing Indigenous Artist Craftsman, Didjeridoo Player / Performer, Teacher & Mural Painter.

September 2001; Didjeridoo performances at Joshua Tree Didjeridoo festival Southern Californian desert Three days. Also didjeridoo-making workshops filmed and documented by CBS Sunday Morning, New York USA.

January 26th 2001: Didjeridoo performance with Doonooch Dance Troupe at Survival Day Concert at Waverley Oval Bondi NSW Australia.

December 2000: Didjeridoo performance with Doonooch Dance Troupe in Milan Italy, 31 performances over 12 days. Also Didjeridoo making display and demonstrations for same period as well as art exhibit. November 2000: Didjeridoo performance with Taiko Drummers in Minokamo, Gifu Prefecture, Japan as well as art and cultural display.

September 2000; Didjeridoo performance at Joshua Tree Didjeridoo festival Southern Californian desert Three days. April 26th 27th & 28th 2000. Gathering of Nations, Albuquerque New Mexico USA. Performance, Didjeridoo as well as speak on cultural practices and display of Aboriginal Art and Crafts, Met with Al Gore vice president of USA. Jan 2000 Lithgow Correctional Center,

TAFE. Five days over two weeks teaching Aboriginal inmates Didjeridoo making and playing as well as aboriginal art and cultural practices.

Jan 2000 Performance, Didjeridoo as well as speak cultural practices and display of Aboriginal Art and Crafts, "Thunder in the Desert" Tucson Arizona, USA.

Dec. 1999 Mural at Coonamble High School, over three days, working with Aboriginal Students from year 7 to year 12.

Throughout 1999 Teaching at Bathurst Correctional Center, TAFE. Two days per week teaching Aboriginal inmates Didjeridoo making and playing as well as aboriginal art and cultural practices.

Oct.1999: Didjeridoo Performances at Opening of The Rest In West Dubbo NSW Accompanied by Ray Hampton. Sep. 1999 Mural at Sth. Dubbo Primary School, one day workshop with Aboriginal Students from year 1 to year 6. Sept 1999: Performed didjeridoo at Whole Life Expo. Phoenix, Arizona, USA. Several Performances over three days.

November 1999; Performance on stage in Minokamo JAPAN in for sister city friendship relationship. (Self funded from bank loan)

WORKSHOPS;

Many Didjeridoo workshops at schools and other organizations on making and playing the Didjeridoo, aprox. 40 to 70 in all. Performance Australia Day Celebrations Dubbo NSW 1995 performance on stage Australia Day Celebrations at Dubbo NSW in 1995.

Performance Minokamo Industry & Agricultural Fair JAPAN Performance

"The Christmas Didjeridoo" 1999 performance in the play at the Macquarie Center in Top Ryde at Xmas which was named The Christmas Didjeridoo. The play had many Olympic Ice skaters as well as Normie Rowe & Ray Burgers.

Teacher, Dept. of TAFE NSW 1999- Current Occasional Bathurst correctional Center working with inmates on art and culture & weapons and tools.

Interests & Activities

Spending time with my 4 children (When I can). Didjeridoo Playing & Teaching. Survival of the Indigenous Culture, (Teaching as much as possible). Playing Guitar (Some singing). Gym Training, Swimming,

This 2hr episode of Monster House is a Fraturnity House done in the theme of Discovery Channel & it will go to air on Monday 01/31/05 at 8pm.

November 1998. Commissioned by Western Plains Zoo to paint The First Koala story in three parts for the koala exhibit.

June 1998. Exhibition at Enzo's Oxford street Paddington, Sydney NSW.

May 1996. Exhibition at Dubbo Regional Gallery, Artist of the month. Dubbo NSW Australia.

Judged many exhibitions since 1994.
